Is it some kind of new club?

There is something strange going on around here. Lately I have seen so many guys peeing on the side of the road and I don't understand it. The other day at about 2pm, there was a guy standing on the side of the road, facing traffic and peeing. He was exposing himself to everyone around and it was disturbing. Definitely not what I wanted to see! Two nights ago, on a quarter mile stretch of road, there were four men peeing. Last night my dogs starting barking and when I walked outside to see what was happening, there was a man peeing right outside my house. What is going on?!!! It's weird.
